Greyrock’s Direct Fuel Production (DFP) systems convert natural gas directly into refined products. Systems are designed for flare gas elimination and gas monetization, converting wasted resources into clean fuels that can either be blended with crude (on site, at the well pad) or distilled into finished fuels.

One or more DFP™ systems may be located per site. Associated or other gas produced at the well site may be separated from oil or liquids and sent directly to the DFP™ system. DFP™ is designed to accept rich gas.

The DFP™ system produces clean liquid fuels, which may be blended directly with oil at the well site.  Blending eliminates the need for separate trucking or off-take (unlike CNG or LNG solutions).  A distillation unit can be added to produce finished fuels if desired.
